Veterans Housing Partnership, Permanent Housing Services and All Citizens Empowered are three programs Homepoint offers to serve different populations of the chronically homeless.
PERMANENT SUPPORTIVE HOUSING
Rapid ReHousing
Newly homeless families with children are housed through our Home Again program for a maximum of 12 months. Participants receive intensive coaching and other support services to help them resolve the issues that contributed to their homelessness.
RAPID REHOUSING
Supportive Services
The central component of our program is supportive services through coaching sessions on daily living skills, employment and financial well-being, in an effort to fast track the participant toward independent living, with their goals in mind.
